Grow Northwest will circulate 10,000 copies with its debut issue throughout Whatcom, Skagit and San Juan counties, as well as points south to Seattle. The magazine will be available at local farmers markets, libraries, visitors centers, restaurants, grocers, farms, book stores, learning institutions and other participating businesses and organizations, as well as outside paper boxes.
